Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for dispatch (whichever occurs first).
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
