Cancellation Policy

At MyHealBox, we value your trust and work hard to process and ship your orders quickly. We also understand that you may need to cancel under certain circumstances. Please read our cancellation guidelines below:

Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for dispatch (whichever occurs first).

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@myhealbox.com or use the contact form on our website. Kindly include your Order ID and reason for cancellation to help us process your request faster.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Non-Cancellable Products

For safety and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be canceled once processed. These include:

  • Temperature-sensitive or perishable items

  • Custom-packed or specially requested products
